Process automation
We take one process that runs on email, spreadsheets and memory, and make it run on its own, with a person approving the steps that need one.
What it solves
These are the situations we are usually called in for. If two or more describe your week, this service fits.
A quote or a purchase request sits for days because nobody knows it is waiting on them.
Payment reminders go out when someone remembers, not when they are due.
Information from a form is re-entered into a spreadsheet, then again into an invoice.
The signed version lives in an attachment, on a laptop or in a WhatsApp thread.
What we connect
We start from what you run today. Replacing a tool is only recommended when we can show you why.
If a tool you rely on has no way to connect, we tell you in the audit, before any commitment.
What you get
Everything below is written into the scope before we start. If something is not on the list, it is not assumed.
Scoped in writing before day one: where it starts, where it ends, and every step between.
The system pauses and asks a named person wherever a decision should stay human.
Anything the rules don't cover is routed to a person, never guessed.
What happened, when and who approved it, readable without us.
A working session with your team, recorded for anyone who joins later.
How long it takes
Days 1–2
We walk the process with the person who runs it today and agree the approval points.
Days 3–7
Workflows, triggers and notifications, built against your real documents.
Days 8–9
Recent requests run through the system side by side with the manual process.
Day 10
Your team takes over. The old way stays available until you sign off.
What you own at handover
Built in your account, documented step by step, editable by your team.
A written map of the process, every rule and every approval point.
Admin credentials in your name. Monthly support afterwards is optional.
Next step
We ask how the work is done today, tell you whether this service fits, and send the scope in writing if it does.
